शासन निर्णय :महाराष्ट्र राज्य माध्यमिक व उच्च माध्यमिक शिक्षण मंडळाशी संलग्न राज्यातील सर्व माध्यमिक शाळांतील इयत्ता दहावीत शिकणाऱ्या सर्व विद्यार्थ्यांची मानसशास्त्रीय चाचणी (कल चाचणी) घेण्यात येईल.या माध्यमातून त्यांना उच्च शिक्षण अथवा व्यवसायासाठी योग्य क्षेत्राची निवड करण्यास सहाय्य करुन आवश्यकतेनुसार वैयक्तिक मार्गदर्शन व समुपदेशन करण्यात येईल. शासन निर्णय
कल चाचणीचा उद्देश
उद्देश :
१) इयत्ता दहावीच्या प्रत्येक विद्यार्थ्याला व्यवसाय मार्गदर्शन सेवेद्वारे शैक्षणिक व व्यावसायिक क्षेत्रांची निवड करण्यास मार्गदर्शन करणे.
२) विद्यार्थी व पालक यांना विविध शैक्षणिक व व्यावसायिक क्षेत्रांची माहिती देऊन जाणीव जागृती करणे.
ऑनलाईन संगणक सर्वेक्षण २०१५ : प्रत्येक शाळेतील सर्व संगणकांचे ऑनलाईन सर्वेक्षण दिनांक ९ डिसेंबर,२०१५ ते २३ डिसेंबर,२०१५ या कालावधीत करण्यात येणार आहे. प्रत्येक शाळेत हे सर्वेक्षण व कलचाचणीची जबाबदारी एका शिक्षकावर सोपविली आहे, त्या शिक्षकाने माहिती भरावी. संगणक सर्वेक्षण माहिती भरण्यासाठी येथे क्लिक करा
सूचना:
ज्या शाळांमध्ये संगणक आहेत पण इंटरनेटची सुविधा नाही अशा शाळांनी पर्यायी व्यवस्थेतून संगणक सर्वेक्षण माहिती भरावी. अशा सर्व शाळांकरिता दिनांक २८ डिसेंबर २०१५ नंतर सूचना देण्यात येतील. त्यांनी माहिती भरून झाल्यावर दिनांक २८ डिसेंबर २०१५ रोजी ही website पुन्हा पहावी..
REGISTRATION आणि INSPECTION TOOL मध्ये शाळेची माहिती भरताना SPECIAL SYMBOLS(.,#*&.. ETC) वापरू नये.
जर मशिन thin client किंवा N computing असेल तर inspection tool फक्त Server मशिन वर Execute करावे,client मशिन वर करू नये.
प्रत्येक शाळेतील सर्व संगणकांचे ऑनलाईन सर्वेक्षण दिनांक ९ डिसेंबर,२०१५ ते २३ डिसेंबर,२०१५ या कालावधीत करण्यात येणार आहे.
संगणकांचे ऑनलाईन सर्वेक्षण करण्यापुर्वी शाळेची आणि शिक्षकांची माहिती भरावी.सदर माहिती भरण्यापूर्वी लागणारी माहिती गोळा करणे गरजेचे आहे. याकरिता येथे क्लिक करा

१. हि कलचाचणी सर्व विद्यार्थांसाठी अनिवार्य आहे का ?
उ. होय, इ.१० वी महाराष्ट्र राज्य मंडळाची मार्च २०१६ मध्ये होणाऱ्या परीक्षेस बसणाऱ्या सर्व
विद्यार्थ्यांना हि कलचाचणी अनिवार्य आहे.
२. हि कलचाचणी (कोठे होणार आहे) कोण घेणार आहे ?
उ. हि कलचाचणी प्रत्येक विद्यालयाने संगणक प्रयोगशाळेमध्ये ( ज्यामध्ये इंटरनेटची सुविधा आहे )
घेणे अनिवार्य आहे.
३. हि कलचाचणी केव्हा होणार आहे ?
उ. हि कल चाचणी दि.९ फेब्रुवारी २०१६ ते दि.२६ फेब्रुवारी २०१६ या कालावधीत ऑनलाइन
पद्धतीने संगणक प्रयोगशाळेत घेतली जाईल. एका दिवशी ४ सत्रांमध्ये / गटांमध्ये हि चाचणी
घेतली जाईल.सुट्टीचा दिवस वगळून.
४. या कलचाचणीसाठी विद्यार्थ्यांचा गट कोण ठरवेल ( विद्यार्थांचे वेळापत्रक ) ?
उ. विद्यार्थ्यांच्या आसन क्रमांका नुसार महाराष्ट्र राज्य परीक्षा मंडळ या विद्यार्थ्यांचा दिवस व सत्र
( गट ) निश्चित करून देईल.
५. जर विद्यार्थी कलचाचणी साठी अनुपस्थित राहिला तर त्याला पुर्नपरीक्षा देता येईल का ?
उ. होय, पण त्यासाठी काही अटींची पूर्तता केल्यानंतर –
* सर्व विद्यार्थ्यांची कलचाचणी महाराष्ट्र राज्य मंडळाने ठरवून दिलेल्या वेळापत्रकानुसार होईल.
* कोणत्याही परीस्थितीत दिवस अथवा सत्र वाढवून दिले जाणार नाही.
* जर विद्यार्थी पुर्नपरीक्षा देणार असेल टर त्या संबंधीची माहिती आपल्याला नेमून दिलेल्या
समन्वयका तर्फे महाराष्ट्र राज्य मंडळाला देणे अनिवार्य आहे.
अशा विद्यार्थ्यांची पुर्नपरीक्षा ठरवून दिलेल्या वेळापत्रका नुसार घेण्यात येईल.

64-bit or 32-bit, both are allowed.
Widows setup on all computers will have to be up to date with all security and system updates and patches which are provided by Windows Update.
.NET Framework 2.0 must be installed on all systems.
However systems with the following software configuration are preferred.
· Later/ newer versions of Windows have the advantage of being more secure especially when used online. So Windows 10 is preferred over Windows 8/7 etc.
· Microsoft is providing a free updrade to Windows 7/8/8.1 based computers to migrate to Windows 10 upto July 2016.
· Windows xp is supported….but not recommended since it is no more supported by Microsoft with system security updates and patches. So a Windows xp based computer lacks several OS Level security updates and stands the highest risk of failure.

What will be the nature of the test?
· The test will be online and computer based and online requiring a Windows based Computer with internet connectivity.
· The test will be completely objective in nature.
· The test will consist of 152 questions, all of which are compulsory and must be attempted.
· Answers to most of the questions are of the form Yes/No/I don’t know.
· Test duration will be 40 minutes though more time can be granted.
· Students are not expected or required to prepare in any way for this test.
·
There are no marks, grades or wrong answers in this test.
· On basis of the students’ response, information will be made available towards various career and Vocational options that are suited to the candidate. This will be provided to the candidate in printed form along with the SCC Board Exam Mark Sheet.

What will be the responsibility of the school?
· Every school must appoint one teacher as a Single Point contact who will be responsible for conducting the Kal Chachni test of all SSC students from the school due to appear for the board Examination.
· The same teacher is required to observe the Kal Chachni website http://mh-ssc.ac.in on each and every working day and carry out all activities as listed on the site.
· The Head Masters/ Principals of the Schools must ensure that the Teacher is observing the website and carrying out all activities promptly and without delay as mentioned on the site.
· The school is responsible for ensuring that each and every student appearing for the Std 10 SSC Board examination will appear for this test.

Schools may note that it may not be very likely that the Taluka/ Assistant Coordinators may be reachable immediately within the first attempt, since the person may be busy attending to other work at that time, so Schools are requested to be patient and try again at a later time.
If any Taluka/ Assistant coordinator is not available for a long time (more than one day), then Schools may contact the District Coordinator.
The District Coordinators are in continuous touch with the Divisional Coordinator.

What will be the nature of the test?
· The test will be online and computer based and online requiring a Windows based Computer with internet connectivity.
· The test will be completely objective in nature.
· The test will consist of 152 questions, all of which are compulsory and must be attempted.
· Answers to most of the questions are of the form Yes/No/I don’t know.
· Test duration will be 40 minutes though more time can be granted.
· Students are not expected or required to prepare in any way for this test.
·
There are no marks, grades or wrong answers in this test.
· On basis of the students’ response, information will be made available towards various career and Vocational options that are suited to the candidate. This will be provided to the candidate in printed form along with the SCC Board Exam Mark Sheet.

· The Head Masters/ Principals of the Schools must ensure that the Teacher is observing the website and carrying out all activities promptly and without delay as mentioned on the site.

Taluka/Assistant Coordinator
Schools may note that it may not be very likely that the Taluka/ Assistant Coordinators may be reachable immediately within the first attempt, since the person may be busy attending to other work at that time, so Schools are requested to be patient and try again at a later time.
If any Taluka/ Assistant coordinator is not available for a long time (more than one day), then Schools may contact the District Coordinator.
The District Coordinators are in continuous touch with the Divisional Coordinator.
